Today, we are a community that believes in the power of People. Bom Remédio is a promise that, even in the most challenging moments, there is a path to overcoming.
Some of us are still facing harassment, bullying, or other forms of disrespect. Others are trying to heal wounds. Therefore, we understand the impact this has on the lives of victims and those around them.
Our mission is to inspire change through real stories, empowering silenced voices to emerge stronger. We want to destroy the idea that disrespect, especially moral harassment, must be tolerated. Providing evidence is challenging, but we know how to help those seeking justice and understanding.
For companies, we advocate legal approaches but have learned that it's possible to have them safeguard not only the business but also the mental health of employees. We offer resources and consultancy to not only address current situations or correct past mistakes but also build workplaces where each individual is valued and respected, ensuring the success of organisations.
