Indem wir direkt mit kleinbäuerlichen Betrieben zusammenarbeiten, bauen wir eine Gemeinschaft auf, die auf ein Ziel hinarbeitet:

Aus dieser Vision sind auch unsere Ökokisten entstanden. Die Idee der Gründer:innen Dr. Brita Firsching und Dr. Karl-Heinz Firsching war es, kleinbäuerlichen Bio-Betrieben eine Vermarktungsplattform zu bieten und so Bio-Produkte für mehr Menschen zugänglich zu machen. Aus dieser Grundidee ist 1997 unsere Ökokiste entstanden, einer der ersten Lieferservice für Obst- und Gemüse, mit dem wir mittlerweile zahlreiche Kund:innen beliefern.
