On the commercial side, Brickbox manages office, industrial, and retail spaces occupied by tenants ranging from nationally recognized tenants to local businesses. Our management team provides quality lease spaces at competitive rates while maintaining strong tenant retention. In addition, Brickbox is an EPA-certified Lead-Safe Certified firm authorized to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repairs, and painting activities.
