We manage a turnkey recruitment process that includes gathering information about projects, sourcing top-notch candidates across multiple channels, conducting recruitment interviews with candidates, and extending job offers to the best-matching candidates.
At the request of our customers, we engage Senior Developers with hands-on experience in conducting technical interviews with candidates. As a result, we provide comprehensive matrices evaluating the hard skills of candidates, along with feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement.
Our experienced managers also advise clients on fine-tuning employee relocation processes, effectively presenting offers to candidates, and setting salary ranges for various positions based on our internal statistics and external audits.
