Bring Me Home is a food rescue startup with a mission to eliminate this food waste in Australia.
To tackle the massive food waste problem, we have developed an app to reduce retail food waste, as well as, subscription boxes filled with locally-sourced fruits, veggies, meats and more that reduce wholesale food waste.
Our app gives users access to discounted, unsold food from hundreds of cafes, restaurants, bakeries and other food businesses. By making unsold food more accessible and affordable, we're ensuring that delicious meals go in people's bellies, and not the bin. Our app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Our delivery boxes are filled with fresh, locally-sourced produce, proteins and more that get delivered right to your home or office. The way reducing food waste with these boxes is by allowing our suppliers to curate the contents of the boxes every week for seasonality, freshness and availability—so every box is a delicious surprise! And because we're committed to making these boxes as eco-friendly as possible, we also plant trees every month on behalf of our lovely box subscribers.
