PermaQueer is a social enterprise that focuses on supporting Queer and vulnerable communities with permaculture for food security and community systems thinking resilience. Our long term vision is to create an ecosystem of social enterprises to embed our communities within and leading regenerative industries, to have decision making and resource redistribution power in these spaces.
We also support and offer consultation to organisations and businesses in the DEI and organisational design spaces. Having collaborated with Queer, First Nations and other communities to create frameworks underpinned by ecological systems thinking, Queer theory, trauma informed design and intercultural frameworks to assist individuals and organisations to begin taking meaningful steps towards a collaborative and regenerative future.
