Botanical fermented tea
BRON botanical fermented tea is brewed in a craft microbrewery in the North of Antwerp. In our lab brewery, we work on a unique botanical fermented tea with depth and soft acidity, a mature flavour complexity without alcohol, based on a custom kombucha culture with high-quality teas, herbs, plants and spices.
Founder and flavourist Natalie from ELDER Lab is at the helm of the flavour laboratory, where each season a range of accessible (collection) and more adventurous (selection) flavours are conceived, tested and tasted until they are judged to be balanced, exciting and accessible at the same time.
BRON also works tailormade and bespoke for B2B customers.
