Performed key roles in major airline mergers from building the financial case and regulatory approval through labor force and technology integration
Recommended and implemented new schedule, revenue management and pricing strategies at multiple airlines to significantly improve revenue and profits
Built out airline web site capabilities to significantly increase direct distribution and lower distribution costs
Led the project team that sold a next generation airline reservation system and provided leadership to multiple airline reservation system agreements totaling over $1 billion
