I have over 30 years experience in the accounting and finance fields in both major corporations as well as small business. In talking with small business owners, they are spending too much time worrying about the bookkeeping side of their business when they need to be growing their business. Let me take that pressure off of your hands. I use quickbooks and would love to be able to help you with the following to free up your time:
-Process all financial transactions in a timely and accurate matter
-Ensure that accounts receivable (invoices) are entered accurately and then collected promptly
-Accounts Payable (bills from vendors and company expenses) are entered accurately and paid in a timely manner
-Monthly bank reconciliations are completed for all company bank accounts
-Credit card reconciliations are completed for all company credit cards
-Maintain the chart of accounts
-Keep an orderly electronic accounting filing system
-Support a system of controls over accounting transactions
-Post journal entries
-Maintain and reconcile Balance Sheet and P&L
-Issue timely and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
-Work closely with company’s CPA firm
Compliance:
-Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting (ex. sales/use tax filing)
-Represent the company with customers, vendors, suppliers, business partners
Additional Responsibilities if requested:
-Process Payroll with a third party and then enter the payroll transactions
