We are childhood friends who combined our two different career paths to start a company-- Aisha (chief corporate and community engagement officer) and Vanessa (public school leader). We support organizations in navigating the highs and lows of adaptive challenges. We do this work humbly, as facilitators and participants in the deep norming needed to lead any community through the change process.

-Implementing ways of working that move away from traditional hierarchal dynamics and build genuine employee efficacy, community, and trust.
