I have an agency-side background recruiting for some of the UK's leading FMCG brands and blue chips. After years of working with the big guys, I turned my focus to the challenger space so I could use that experience to help them hire in the bigger business expertise they needed to professionalise and scale. My real passion lies in understanding what makes great businesses and the qualities of the people who make them succeed, so I’m hungry to learn and always looking to improve my understanding beyond traditional recruitment.
