We aim to accelerate the Design & Make stages of the drug discovery Design-Make-Test cycle through the creation of innovative design software. In our experience, computational design processes excel at identifying novel compounds with the potential to improve the drug-likeness of a chemical series, however those processes often identify compounds that are challenging to synthesize, due to a lack of building block availability or enabling synthetic chemistry.
