Chance to Soar fills a critical gap in educator professional development by addressing the root cause of teacher burnout. The mission of Chance to Soar is to inspire and equip schools to create a culture of education that honors the whole well-being of educators and their impact on students.

Chance to Soar was created to fill that gap. With a combined total of 50 years of industry experience, our founders, Dr. Andra Barton & Aletha Scheck, have created personal development programs around topics like boundaries, teamwork, adapting to change, stress reduction & self-care, etc. These programs are designed to build mindsets and habits that keep teachers engaged and motivated in the classroom for the long term.
