Change agents are excellent communicators, leaders, and problem-solvers that can overcome any resistance in their way.

An academy is an institution or organization that is dedicated to the advancement of knowledge, learning, and skills in a particular field or discipline. The term “academy” generally implies a focus on specialized training, learning, or the exchange of ideas and knowledge within a specific area of expertise.
What is the Change Agents Mindset?
At the Change Agents Academy, we help each other learn, practice, and master the Change Agent Mindset by teaching, and living, the seven lenses of a Change Agent. At the Change Agents Academy, we borrowed the learning methodology of SoDoTo from medical schools which means we see one, do one, and teach one. As we teach one another, we learn at our highest level.
