In 2009, Victoire Finaz started passionately creating chocolate recipes, crafting perfectly balanced combinations with bold and delectable flavours. All her chocolates are made in keeping with the traditional, artisanal methods, with natural ingredients, carefully and thoroughly selected.
In 2010, her unique “fan” chocolate box, was awarded for its beautiful packaging design by Pentawards and also received the Superdesign Prize by Les Echos.
A specialist in chocolate creation and custom-made gift boxes, Victoire has set herself apart in a highly competitive market by proposing a unique and personalised gifting service to businesses.
Coming from a family of chocolatiers and a self-professed chocoholic from an early age, it was only natural for Victoire to turn her passion into her sole purpose. It is as a “Chocologue” that she has become an expert in chocolate tasting, a field which she has studied since 2006. Her countless journeys to cocoa plantations and chocolate factories around the world have allowed her craft to flourish.
