The goal is to teach a way of handling disagreements - thoughtfully. When we are aware and strive for civility, a productive communication environment emerges. Let this be the overall goal within our society - ideally, for generations to come.

A little background:
I was born and raised in a world of controversy. Professionally, a significant portion of my career is spent blazing paths in unfamiliar and varied environments typically in a new undefined role. After negotiating my first job in a doctors office at the age of 10, versatility is evident in the roles and industries experienced - each contributing to a more seasoned and well rounded view with strategic agility and transferable skills. I have a proven track record along with many accumulated relationships. Execution experience ranges from small localized projects to global multidepartment, multi vendor with multi-million $ contract values originating from small locally owned businesses to Fortune 10 companies.
