I am Clàudia, born in Andorra, although I have lived and worked in several different countries. After almost 25 years in finance, in May 2019, I decided to turn my life around and start a new project doing what I am passionate about: dedicating myself to people. To that end, I redirected my work experience as a Leadership Expert. I have always liked dealing with people, and this has been a significant thread of my career. From my professional beginnings, I have been interested in personal and professional improvement and found in Coaching and Mentoring the answer to my concerns. My goal is to help people, executives, teams and organizations to develop influential and motivating leadership so that they can achieve their goals, increase performance, improve results and, at the same time, help them live a fuller, happier personal and professional life. What it differentiates me is my international experience as a leader in the financial sector, either in the private and public sector, and all the varied experience that it has provided me. Primarily, my last years in the Government of Andorra as Secretary of State for International Financial Matters, which gives me a vision and a holistic approach to any problem. I have lived and worked in different countries, speak 5 languages and led and negotiated multicultural teams. I am a Leadership Expert: Coach, Mentor, Trainer and Speaker. Expert in Personal, Executive, Team and Organizational Coaching, with Systemic Coaching, NLP, Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence. ESADE MBA (Master in Finance & International Management) and ESADE Program in Influential Leadership Up & Across.
