Client-X was founded in 2006 as one of the first marketing agencies in Bulgaria specialized in conducting Mystery Shopping (MS) research. Apart from the numerous Mystery shopping programs we commission, we have a vast experience in conducting various types of qualitative and quantitative marketing research.
Since 2007 we have evolved an in-house online platform, The Client-X System, as proprietary panel for engaging mystery shoppers. Once completing a profiling questionnaire respondents become a part of our password protected panel community.
Since 2008 Client-X has tapped into the Macedonian market as a preferred agency for commissioning mystery shopping programs. We have also carried out MS research in Croatia, Slovenia and Romania.
In 2008 Client-X joined MSPA and in 2013 became a corporate member of ESOMAR. Since then we adhere to the quality standards and guidelines for market research from these international authorities. In 2018, for the second consecutive year, the company was awarded as an elite member of the professional association of mysterious clients MSPA.
