Climate-4-CAST addresses challenges hindering Baltic Sea Region cities on their path to climate neutrality. Anticipated outputs include the development of an open-source Decision-Support Tool (tool code package) and a comprehensive guide on the tool's integration into local climate and fiscal governance (operationalisation guidelines).
Climate-4-CAST contributes to implementation of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region.
