The school is now housed in its own 5-storey building conveniently and strategically located at Balintawak Street, Albay District, Legazpi City, just at the back of Albay Astrodome and within the vicinity of the seats of the city and provincial governments. The modern school building is equipped with the latest computer, multi-media and Research facilities, laboratories, technical and technological machines and equipment. Backed-up by a highly qualified and dedicated faculty, administrative officers and staff, the school has grown over the years with unprecedented 100% increase in enrollment. The student body is opportune with faculty members drawn from prestigious and relevant professional organizations, business circles, government agencies and private offices. With their competence, bridging theoretical knowledge with actual aspects of the government, business and industry is enhanced and facilitated. As a prominent relevant and responsive higher education instination CAT College has been affiliated with Philippine Association of Private Technical Institution (PAPTI), Philippine Association of Campus Student Advisers (PACSA), Bicol Foundation for Higher Education (BFHE), Philippine Educators Association for Criminology Education (PEACE), Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA)
