Contain Your Brain is a simple app that will change the way you worry.
The app is based on a science-backed strategy called, "Worry Time" that involves setting aside specific times to think about & process your worries.
Research shows that trying to stop worrying doesn’t work, but delaying worry to a later time does!
So when your worries are diverting your focus during the day or robbing you of sleep at night, you just park them in the app & let them go until a specific time that suits you most.
When you are in your worry time, Contain Your Brain helps you address your worries effectively by categorising your worries as ‘solvable’, '’unsolvable’ or ‘solved’ and then suggesting tips that match the type of worry it is.
Co-founded by Dr. Lillian Nejad, a clinical psychologist, and Brenton Cannizzaro, a digital design specialist, we are on a mission to help you spend less time worrying so you can spend more time living!
