Content Zorg is een kleinschalige organisatie in Doetinchem. Wij bieden ambulante begeleiding aan (jong)volwassenen (18-55 jaar) met een (licht) verstandelijke beperking, gedragsstoornis, psychische of psychosociale problemen geïndiceerd vanuit de WMO of Wlz.
Wij zorgen ervoor dat de omgeving van de cliënt zoveel mogelijk aansluit bij hun eigen ideeën en mogelijkheden. Wij bieden persoonlijke ondersteuning waarbij de wensen en behoeften van de cliënt altijd het uitgangspunt vormen.
Onze cliënt is de opdrachtgever, neemt zelf de verantwoording en heeft zelf de regie over zijn of haar leven. Vanuit deze visie wordt het belang onderkend van de cliënt en zijn sociale netwerk. In samenspraak met familie en relaties geven wij hierbij ondersteuning. Door alle partijen te betrekken, komen we samen tot begeleiding en zorg op maat.
