NCR heeft veel kennis in huis over coöperatief ondernemen. Uit wetenschappelijke studies én uit de dagelijkse praktijk van onze leden. Van de nieuwste inzichten over good governance van coöperaties tot best practices over ledenbetrokkenheid. Met onze onafhankelijke, kritische blik bestuderen we coöperatieve thema’s. We pakken vraaggericht actuele thema’s op, maar zoeken ook antwoorden op de uitdagingen van de toekomst.

Onze kennis over coöperatief ondernemen delen we met onze leden. We zijn gespecialiseerd in onderwerpen zoals ledenbetrokkenheid, bestuursstructuren/governance, ledenfinanciering, juridische zaken en internationalisering.
Deze praktische kennis gebruiken coöperaties voor het ontwikkelen van hun strategie of voor het oplossen van problemen.
VERBINDEN OM TE INSPIREREN
Coöperaties kunnen veel van elkaar leren. NCR is de enige vereniging van coöperaties in Nederland. We bieden bestuurders, commissarissen en managers van onze leden een platform waar men elkaar kan ontmoeten. In bijvoorbeeld commissies voor specifieke thema’s zoals jongeren en communicatie of tijdens de jaarlijkse Coöperatiedag. Zo bouwen we samen met onze leden krachtige netwerken en verdiepen we de kennis over coöperatief ondernemen.
