This is your one stop platform for all health and social care staff to attend your physical intervention training in Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) and Mandatory training. At CP Training Solutions, we strive to provide high quality service at cost effective price. Additionally, the training advocates meeting patients’ needs whilst managing risks safely and in line with the underpinning principles of the NHS, The National Institute for Health, Care Excellence (NICE) and Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The PMVA modules covered are facilitated in accordance with the current legislative guidelines. This is a BILD ACT certified centre that offers GSA syllabus training which meets the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) Standards.
CP training solutions strives to encourage staff to primarily de-escalate and ONLY to physically intervene effectively and safely when it is deemed necessary. Physical intervention is used as a last resort and it is done with the aim of minimising greater harm to staff and patients.
