CT4LT transformation process commences with a discovery process, which includes a business simulation game, Plan A, to sensitise teams to the challenges and complexities of real change with their systemic interrelationships, including being challenged to find effective ways to communicate and organise independently within a one-day workshop.
As part of the simulation, teams go through tasks that include vision building, goal development, resource planning, compromise building, conflict management, complex relationship resolve and decisions impact.
To bring collaboration to our clients, CT4LT has an exclusive partnership with Dr. Edward Marshall, recently retired from Duke University in the USA as an Adjunct Professor of Leadership, widely regarded as the “father of collaboration”.
The second partnership is with Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) and BESU Solutions for business simulation platform Plan A.
