Der Verein zur Förderung chinesisch-deutscher Zusammenarbeit und Austausch hat seinen Sitz in Bochum, Nordrhein-Westfalen in Deutschland sowie Xi'an, Shaanxi in China. Der Verein organisiert hauptsächlich den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen großen Universitäten in China und Deutschland in den Bereichen Bildung, Kunst und Kultur, gegenseitige Besuche zwischen Musik- und Sportschulen, Dialoge zwischen der Bildungsbranche und den Medien sowie Stipendien für herausragende Einzelpersonen und Gruppen, Zuschüsse.
Das Ziel ist ein positiver Beiträge zum Austausch und zur Zusammenarbeit zwischen China und Deutschland in verschiedenen Bereichen zu leisten.
