To this end, Design Think Labs is morphing into CX by Design in order to accurately reflect how we serve our clients in ALL human-centered aspects: basic training for teams, strategy, implementation, and – most importantly – long term support as a trusted partner. Think of us as an expert SWAT team with an extensive arsenal of human-centered practices.
