Recipient Determination: The final scholarship recipient is chosen by the University, with specific conditions to ensure fairness and integrity. Our Financial Aid Office assesses each finalist’s financial aid "budget" limit. Should a finalist exceed this limit, another deserving candidate who meets all criteria and stays within budget constraints will be selected.
