Dilkibaat (Heart to Heart), works to promote the psychological wellbeing and emotional health of the South Asian population across the world. It is an online directory of the registered therapists who believe the best mental health therapy is grounded in scientific evidence. We aim to become the largest South Asian mental health community of therapists, where providers are selected for their expertise and clinical training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), widely considered the highest standard of care in mental health therapy today. Dilkibaat aims to help mental health providers serve the mental health needs of the South Asian individuals living there Or abroad.
