DIRFIS MUSHROOMS product line asides the fresh produce of Pleurotus and Shiitake, it also includes over 100 conventional and unique mushroom formulas and a BIO-certified range, created by skilled food specialists, dietitians, and chefs. These include a range of mushroom soups, mushroom pasta, mushroom risotti, medicinal mushrooms, marinated mushrooms, truffles, truffle oils, and spices, as well as mushroom snacks like mushroom chocolate and mushroom cookies.
