Though Chef Adam Hynam-Smith and artist Tamara Jensen have moved on, their legacy endures in the Niagara food scene.
Restaurant & Beverage Manager Michael Kapusty (he/him) provides exceptional service as a certified Sommelier, drawing from his diverse experiences in top Canadian restaurants and the Cayman Islands. Chef Gizem Afsar (she/her) blends her Turkish culinary heritage with training from Eataly and Soho House, bringing her talents to Dispatch since 2021. Chef Emre Afsar (he/him), also from Turkey, enriches the kitchen with experience from renowned venues like Eataly and St. Regis. Product Development Manager Jake Mach (he/him) passionately promotes local ingredients, crafting meaningful dining experiences rooted in the Niagara community.
