Why We Exist
Despite the incredible advancements in STEAM, there's a glaring gap: the underrepresentation of students from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds. Why does this gap exist? Often, it's the absence of role models—people who've walked similar paths, who speak the same language or share the same cultural nuances.
Our Mission
DiveInSTEAM is here to fill that void. Our primary focus is to offer personalized, long-term mentorship programs aimed at high school students interested in STEAM careers. But we don't just stop there. Our in-school and extracurricular workshops expose students to real-world applications of STEAM, giving them a taste of what lies ahead.
