A global mindset characterizes the company. Following forays into the Norwegian and UK sectors of the North Sea and later East and West Africa, DNO evolved into a significant Middle East player.
In 2017, DNO ASA re-entered the Norwegian continental shelf through the acquisition of Origo Exploration. Through the 2019 acquisition of Faroe Petroleum, DNO ASA accessed a fully operating North Sea organization in Stavanger with activities in Norway, the UK and the Netherlands, forming the basis of DNO Norge today.
