Wie zijn wij
DOC Kaas is een Nederlandse kaasproducent. De coöperatieve onderneming – opgericht in 1895 – produceert jaarlijks op twee productielocaties in Hoogeveen Nederlandse kaas die wereldwijd wordt afgezet. De bron van deze kaas, ongeveer 1 miljard liter melk, wordt geleverd door leden-melkveehouders. DOC Kaas heeft ongeveer 230 medewerkers.
DOC Kaas is op 1 april 2016 gefuseerd met de Duitse zuivelonderneming DMK GROUP. Daarmee is de onderneming DOC Kaas B.V. een dochteronderneming geworden van DMK en is de coöperatie DOC Kaas B.A. mede-eigenaar van DMK.

De kaas die DOC Kaas produceert (foliekaas en natuurgerijpte kaas) wordt door DOC Dairy Partners B.V. – eveneens een dochteronderneming van DMK – wereldwijd afgezet aan retail, foodservice en industriële afnemers. Zowel onder het eigen handelsmerk Dutch Original Cheese als onder private label. DOC Dairy Partners levert naast kaas een breed assortiment andere zuivelproducten van DMK.
