CONO Kaasmakers is een boerencoöperatie van 462 melkveehouders. De kaasmakerij is sinds 1901 gevestigd in de Beemsterpolder die tot het UNESCO Werelderfgoed in Noord-Holland behoort. CONO boeren en kaasmakers maken samen van de beste melk de lekkerste en eerlijkste kaas.
Bij CONO Kaasmakers wordt deels handmatig én met gebruik van de meest duurzame moderne technieken Beemsterkaas en diverse kaasmerken voor de kaasspeciaalzaken geproduceerd. Onze kazen zijn gemaakt van 100% weidemelk.
Met het Caring Dairy duurzaamheidsprogramma loopt CONO Kaasmakers voorop op het gebied van duurzaamheid.
