Why did we start ekoYOU? It started as one of those abstract indefinable feelings inside of Mike. A burning nagging feeling that you can’t shake, and you can’t define. It came out of somewhere and landed – and then grew.
It started some years back, and despite Mike trying to shake it, that thing kept hanging on. Then Lisa came along and added to the story.
We've spent a long time working in businesses and doing projects of all sorts of descriptions, and many supporting change - we love seeing the results. Seeing people grow and take on new challenges is rewarding. As we all know change isn’t easy.
We're business coaches, change supporters, and cheerleaders, and as a couple in business we saw opportunities to support other couples and families in business, when we were challenged by what was happening in our own lives. Mike is also in a family business with his two brothers, and Lisa is in a partnership business with two others.
We've grown up in businesses run by our families. And we can see it from all sides.
