EKS Roller Manufacturing, Hard Chrome Plating and Cylindrical Grinding, founded in 1980 in Istanbul, Turkey, had become one of the biggest roller manufacturing and hard chrome plating company during the years.
With years of knowledge and well-experienced staff, EKS is specialised in rods and roller manufacturing, hard chrome plating and cylindrical grinding. The integrity and reliability surpassing the 35 years, we continue to invest without a break in order to provide more quality and precision services, as of 2015, we have started our activities in our 1200m2 factory, with our R&D efforts, to reduce markets needs and dependence on overseas.
With investments, we can now manufacture rollers up to 8 meter length with the inventory of;

In every stage of production, the quality is controlled by the worker who does the job, with the last quality control before the shipment, which has been reported to the customer. While using the calibrated gauges, like surface roughness, surface hardness, plating thickness and micrometers for dimensional check, we can give the service for ferroxyl, visual, SEM, surface topography,etc.
We can manufacture rollers and rods including idle rollers, conveyour rollers, piston rods, as well as special rollers that needs experience and knowledge, like Induction Hardened and Hard Chrome Plated rollers used in steel mills, Super Finished, Matte Finished Rollers, Heating and Cooling Rollers used in several industries, especially Steam Rollers in Textile Industry.
