Bargaining Support / Negotiation of enterprise agreements - Assisting employers navigate all stages of the bargaining process from commencing bargaining, through negotiating an enterprise agreement, to obtaining FWC approval.
ER/IR compliance - Assisting employers become compliant with their applicable legislation and industrial instruments, such as their modern awards or enterprise agreements.
Restructures, redundancies, and other significant workplace changes – Assisting employers with planning and rolling out all HR processes involved in the introduction of significant workplace changes.
