Costruire un business vendibile, allora, non ti riguarda solo se hai una startup o vuoi passarla o fare la exit. Ti riguarda sempre.
Perché è controintuitivo ma concreto:
• o la rendi la tua impresa vendibile (e allora puoi vendertela per fior di milioni, passarla bella corazzata, tenertela e goderti gli utili: come ti pare insomma, a quel punto va bene tutto);
• o presto sarai costretto a svenderla (o a chiudere, che è una svendita a pezzi).
L'impresa vendibile è costruita intorno all'offerta decisiva, ricorrente, indipendente.
