So what is it?.... Exumit is a business community site for Salespeople to share and collaborate about their experiences with their customers and prospects. It is intended to pull back the curtain and highlight or expose some of the best and worst purchasing practices by our customers. This disruption to the system is intended to create a greater transparency that will allow salespeople and customers, to engage in a real and more productive dialogue in order to work together towards a common goal or simply part ways.
Why now?... With the rush of VC money into low Customer Acquisition Cost companies that embrace freemiums, lead generation, and accurate CRMs, the stakes have never been greater. Boards of Directors exert extreme pressure on Executive teams which thus results in, yep you guessed it, ultimately more pressure down to the salespeople to hit higher numbers. And don't forget, all while accurately forecasting "THE NUMBER." With all the factors out there that are beyond a salesperson's control, it would really take a mathematician to always get it right...And salespeople can't do math, that's why they are in sales. So Exumit provides the inside Scoop to help hit "The Forecast."
