The goal of Eygló is to promote and accelerate the development of innovative circular and green energy transition projects. Fostering collaborations to support climate -and energy-related initiatives while bridging the gap between individuals, companies, and institutions in East Iceland.

Behind the project Eygló are three founding partners; Landsvirkjun (The National Power Company), the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and Climate, and Austurbrú (The developmental agency of East Iceland).
