There are two trainers on every session, who don’t only show you how to perform every exercise but also control your technique. You can see all the exercises on TV screens so you know what to do on every station. We are a membership based gym – our trainers know you and your abilities and always can advise the best modification just for you so you can achieve your goals faster without hurting yourself. There are more than 4 000 exercises grouped into 27 different cardio and resistance workout sessions in our database so you never do the same workout twice. No matter if you are a top class athlete or you prefer spending evenings with your favourite series. Everyone can workout with us.
