Feedelity is a software that centralizes customer feedback from various sources (complaint mail, social media inboxes, Google reviews, restaurant delivery platforms etc.), automates customer interaction and makes valuable insights and trends visible using artificial intelligence. Moreover, it detects important red flag alerts and notifies the right persons immediately.
