*Anti-Surge design by identifying set pressure, opening time, accumulated relief flow, over-pressure.
*HIPPS design by estimating response time, fortified zone, and set pressure.
*Applying design codes as ASME B31.8 for onshore pipelines and DNV-ST-F101 for offshore pipeline to
select material grades and wall thickness.
*Estimation of control loops (As PID controller in SPS)
*Slug catcher design by estimating slug rates، volumes, and frequency.
*Define blowdown rates and minimum design temperature of metal.
*Pigging analysis to design pig traps and identify operational parameters.
*Pumps & Compressors data sheet with respect to process data.
