Our mission is to tackle the significant gender imbalance in motorsport by dismantling the barriers that prevent young women and girls from starting their careers. We've identified a stark reality where only 7% of drivers in key junior series are female, not due to a lack of talent, but a lack of access, visibility, and opportunity.
Through our core initiatives, like fully-funded "Taster Sessions" run in partnership with professional karting tracks, we provide a safe, supportive, and inspiring first step into the world of motorsport.
