Our mission is two-fold, firstly to create secure employment and income for our children (who have additional needs), should they want or need it.
Secondly, to create real, supported employment for other neurodivergent individuals who find it difficult to gain or keep, meaningful employment that gives them the confidence, independence and freedom they deserve, but often don't find elsewhere.
