I have worked with very large listed companies such as Jeld-Wen/Stegbar, Weyerhauser Group, Andersen and Ernst & Young, through to medium to small business. In all my roles, I took on significant change projects that in all cases delivered beyond expectations.
Even more importantly, I saw how differently change projects worked when the people side of the equation was handled properly. Great recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, communication of the 'why' and where required, exiting staff that were no longer a fit.
