UNID contributes to the development, training and research in health and to the improvement of the quality of life and the empowerment of people, using new technologies to promote the safety of people and their heritage, such as their data, their property and their health , and facilitate its access globally.
The purpose of the Foundation is to contribute non-profit to purposes of general interest, mainly the empowerment of people and improve their training, health and quality of life.

- The organization and implementation, autonomously or in collaboration with other entities, of courses, conferences, congresses, seminars and any type of training activity, related to matters related to statutory purposes.
- Carry out the economic activities necessary for the fulfillment of the foundational purposes, as well as the granting of aid for carrying out activities and projects related to the foundational purposes.
- And, in a generic way, carry out whatever actions are necessary to achieve its ends
