Gegründet wurde das Start-Up „GERTY NUSS“ im Oktober 2023, um dort wo sich Eltern und Kinder die meiste Zeit aufhalten frühzeitig über die Risiken der kulturellen Alkoholgewöhnung und Normativierung in Deutschland niederschwellig aufzuklären. Wir halten erfahrungsbasierte Fachvorträge, interaktive Lesungen und Rollenspiele, Seminare und Workshops für und mit Management, Führungskräften und Teams in Unternehmen, familiennahen Institutionen, Bildungseinrichtungen, Verwaltung, Agenturen und Gesundheitswesen.
Zudem bieten wir einfache und kostengünstige Impulse für einen alkoholfreien Familien- und Berufsalltag inklusive Ideen und Inspiration für alkoholfreie Veranstaltungen aller Art an. Unser Angebot setzt sich aus verschiedenen kommunikativen sowie spielerischen Impulsen zusammen, die Menschen zur stigmafreien Reflexion über den Stellenwert von Alkohol anregen soll und dabei helfen kann, offener und sensibler mit den Problemen kultureller Alkoholgewöhnung und emotionaler Abhängigkeit umzugehen.
Aus eigener Erfahrung wissen wir, dass Stigmatisierung und vor allem Selbststigmatisierung problematisch trinkender Menschen (insbesondere Eltern) daran hindert, offen über ihren wahren Alkoholkonsum zu sprechen und sich frühzeitig Hilfe zu suchen.
