GigMaven streamlines the booking process for musicians and venues. We realize that booking gigs is a time-consuming and often frustrating process, whether done in person, over the phone or via email. GigMaven launched in beta in early 2008 in conjunction with GigFest '08, GigMaven's 1st annual charity music festival. GigFest '08 featured twenty six up-and-coming artists at six venues on the Lower East Side of New York City. All proceeds from the festival benefitted VH1 Save the Music, Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation and Global Music Project.
